How do I select one or more eBooks?
In the details section for the selected eBook click "Add to basket". Your "Basket" will contain all the eBooks you have selected. You can add or remove eBooks from your basket at any time.

How do I log on?
If you are an existing customer: you must enter your email address and password to validate your order.

If you are a new customer: you need to set up a new account. After completing the form provided you will receive an email with your chosen email address and password for your records. To access your account, click on "My account" and enter your email address and password. From here, you can modify your personal details and password and view your order history.

Where do I find my order history?
Log on to your account and select on "My orders".

Can I print an invoice?
Your invoice is sent automatically by email once your order is complete.

How long will my order take?
Only a few minutes! An email will be sent to the address you provided and this will contain a link to download your eBook. If you ordered several eBooks, the email will contain a link for each one.

If you feel your order is taking too long you can contact us my email.

I have lost my invoice. How can I get a copy?
Log on to your account, click "My orders" and select the invoice you wish to download.
